My role included researching and defining strategy, creating prototypes and final designs, collecting and analyzing user feedback, gaining buy-in from stakeholders, and working closely with engineers to see the project through development and QA. Below outlines the project and my process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Overview<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Objective<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Continue to create an optimized commerce experiences for the mover audience that increases our scalable revenue through broadband, insurance, home security and mattress and set the stage for additional commerce growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Knowns<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Hero is the lowest performing section with a .53% CTR<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tools is the highest performing section (3.9% CTR)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>58% of visitors are not scrolling past 25% of the page<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Strategy<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Focus highest performing section, tools, on the highest viewed part of the page, the top 25%<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create scalable sections that can easily test order and content within<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Give visitors clear actions within the first 25% of the page<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use existing and new assets to minimize dev time<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>User test three distinct concepts to vet final design<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Success Measurements<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>increased CTR on monetized components<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>increased CTR on hero<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>increased KEIs: Trust and Happiness<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-qi-blocks-spacer qodef-block-container qodef-block-7a5a85ab\"><div class=\"qi-block-spacer qodef-block qodef-m\"><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">30% Mark<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>At the 30% mark, the creative team checked in with our stakeholders.
